Tapered solid rib. Barrels hand engraved "Francotte's Arms" on right barrel and "Liege/ Made in Belgium" on right. Greener crossbolt. Coin finished false sideplates with finely engraved woodcocks. Sideplates engraved in banners "Francotte a Liege". All screws unturned and inline.Double triggers. Beavertail forend with crisp checkering and NO handling marks. Semi round knob buttstock with 14 1/2" length of pull and crisp checkering with a few handling or storage marks. Original finish on wood overall like the day it was applied. Butt checkered so never had a pad or plate. Would make an excellent waterfowl shotgun or clays gun. Normal cast for right hander with no extra drop. Like new and unfired. 6 3/4" lbs.(SOLD)
